How do I return an item?

 

Return Policy:

 NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER

(If a package is received back without a RMA#, it will be refused)

  • All damaged/defective merchandise must be told to us within 3 business days of receipt.
  • If an item is being returned, the customer is responsible to return the product to us and it must have a tracking number.
  • All items are accepted within 30 days and may be subject to a 20% restocking fee if the item is new in box. If the item is used, there may be up to a 50% restocking fee and this is based on our discretion.
  • After the 30 day return policy if something is wrong with an item, please contact the manufacture for assistance.
  • ALL of our products come with a manufactures warranty!
  • All software/Charts/Videos/EPIRBS are non-returnable if opened.
  • Shipping Charges are non-refundable.
